Policies Update

We are pleased to announce that the new and/or amended policies have been recorded with the County of Dallas as required by Section 202.006 of the Texas Property Code. The adoption of new policies or changes in existing policies is a result of local and state legislative changes governing certain aspects of operations or other Association related business or rules and regulations.

The amended policies include:

    • Amended- Enforcement and Fining Policy.
    • Amended - E-Mail Registration Policy.
    • Amended – Collections and Payment Policy.
    • Amended - Records Production, Copying and Retention Policy.
    • Amended - Generator Policy.
    • Adopted – Community-Wide Standard Policy.
    • Adopted - Drones and Unmanned Aircraft Policy.
    • Adopted - Lightning Rod Use Policy.
    • Adopted - Pandemic Policy.
    • Adopted - Security Measures Policy.

If you would like to receive a hard copy of the policies via USPS mail, please contact us at sean@essexhoa.com or natalie@essexhoa.com and please list the name(s) of the policies you would like mailed.
